From Algiers to Cambridge

Some memories begin with a scent.
The scent of almonds and orange blossom drifting from the kitchen. Cakes taking shape in our mothers’ hands, as they had in the hands of generations before them.
As children, we watched. As we grew older, we understood.
With every cake came something more: a welcome, a celebration, a gesture of love, a moment shared.
Maison Tillila was born to carry a little of that love from Algiers to Cambridge.
